Fear them.
Last won a Big 12 championship in 2009, more than a decade ago.
Finished season ranked Top 25 like 4 times since.
But hey, they WERE struggling against the behemoths Kansas State and Oklahoma State and Baylor.
Fear them.
Especially when you overcook one of those stringy, tough Longhorn ribeyes.

Everyone can make fun of the Longhorns, God knows I do as much as possible.
But make no mistake about it, they are the 900lbs Gorilla. If they can get the right coach, they will be very dangerous once again. We will see if it is Sarkaholic or not, but if he is the fan base which is insufferable now, will be intolerable later.

I get what you’re saying but you could probably say that about any school now. Look at Clemson. Everybody is on TV, everybody is making money, if you have the right coach basically any school could become a powerhouse
