From what I can tell, there's a good running back and a maybe-decent quarterback, but not much other talent to speak of. Combined with a loaded schedule, and an amateur coach that may be in over his head, LSU will be the second-worst team in the west. Only Ole Miss will be worse.

The two questions are:

1: When LSU begins to accept this as a reality and use this as an excuse come November, do I keep this bookmarked to show them I (and tRant) was right all along?

2: How long does it last? Does the fat cajun gimp have to get canned, or can he, and he alone, make up for Miles' deficiencies that held them back? Or does Alleva have to go before LSU can get better? Such a horrible way of handling the coaching change, in my opinion.

Another thread to confirm that all of you migrated to this site because you have an unhealthy obsession with LSU.

Why is a UGA fan dreaming in April about LSU football failing?

You almost made it a full sentence before saying something stupid.

Almost.

Go ahead and book it dude. We'll see.

Ed Orgeron has been coaching for 35 years, and had a pretty damn good head coaching decent stint at USC. He has stated his approach to being a head coach has changed since he was at Ole Miss.

He went 6-2 with literally an overnight handpicked staff and literally routed and destroyed every team he played except Florida and Alabama, and should have won at least one of those, losing on the last play against UF and 0-0 vs Bama in the 4th.

Explain how that is an "amateur." I'd love to know.

WTF does fat Cajun gimp mean exactly ???
He is not fat, maybe a little husky, but far from a Bielema. He does have a very very deep voice (but not a Cajun accent - ever heard Bobby Hebert? - that's Cajun.) Deep voice does not magically somehow = Cajun.

Add to that that he has a very impressive staff surrounding him, and not just Aranda and Canada. I give him a pretty good chance for success.

How did you want Alleva to handle the coaching change when Herman decided on Texas?

Maybe if this was a Bama, Auburn or Florida fan I would bite. But a UGA fan?
Your defensive coordinator that is a head coach lost to Ga Tech & Vandy last year. I wouldn't be talking about any other coach being over their head. That's not even talking about the beat down that ole miss gave you (another team you try to talk shite about).

Hire before you fire.

Alleva learned his lesson. He won't make this same mistake at his next job.

Noooooo.....
And almost a whole entire millisecond before a UATattoo Skoal Drool MulliGumpNeck Thing poster replied in one of their usual arrogant, smarmy, sarcastic, self-absorbent, disgusting, puke-enducing look-at-me comments.
