Yes, it started a couple of months ago.
The football stadium lockerrooms are also under renovation right now.

Arkansas Baseball is about to start a 40million or so renovation of Baum-Walker stadium.

While Baum Stadium is unrivaled in beauty and the gameday atmosphere created by the passionate support of the Razorback Nation, many of the team areas utilized by our student-athletes and coaches every day, have not substantially changed since the stadium was built in 1996. A new approximately 40,000+ square foot baseball clubhouse facility, to be built beyond the right field wall on the southwest corner of Baum Stadium, will address those deficiencies providing our student-athletes with an improved and expanded locker room, team room, weight room, training room, meeting rooms, nutrition space, player and pitching development spaces and in-venue batting cages. Initial plans for the facility are to also offer fans the opportunity to enjoy their gameday at Baum Stadium from a new and unique Loge Box experience overlooking the right field bullpen.

Baum is getting a right field expansion, but the renderings out are useless because it has been said that they are conceptual, and that the actual design will match the existing stadium.
Which is good, because the renderings they released are dog shite.

Has Dan Mullen started the conversation on expansion of the Scientology Chapel yet?

I expect more behind the scenes construction (player facilities) than fan facilities for the next several years, because two things have recently happened that have altered the landscape for fan facilities:
1. The 2018 tax reform eliminated the 80% tax deduction for donations given in exchange for seating rights, a big blow to the big donors who were buying club seats and suites; and,
2. The end of the SEC's alcohol prohibition in general seating areas will further serve to undercut the value of premium seating, since the ability to consume alcohol (not available in general seating areas) was a prime perk.
This is causing everyone to redo the math on their funding. As a result, I think we will see a lull in fan facility construction until things get sorted out a bit.

Not even close. The perk of premium seating is just that....premium seating. People who sit in suites/club level don't shell out thousands of dollars just so they can drink in the stadium, they do it for the A/C, catered food, accessibility to restrooms, etc.

Looks like 4 people are mad about Alabama's facility renovations.

At A&M, we've had soft sales on the club seats at Kyle beyond the goal line. Folks sitting basically across an aisle being able to have a beer won't help the value of these seats. At Olsen Field, the upper club seats offer nothing that the general seats don't offer, except for an extra inch or two in width, overpriced food, and access to alcohol.
It's not as big of an impact as the tax law changes, that's for sure, but the cumulative effect will be to soften the market for premium seating.

Heard they are building a statue of Jake Mangum and naming the baseball complex after him in Oxford
