In the last 4 years, LSU is 2-2 and about to be 2-3. Congrats on the 90s and early 2000s though.

MSU returns most starters from a good team. IMO the preseason accolades are deserved. BUT they lost their coach, so we'll see.

They really should have won last year ...

90’s?????

From 2000-2016 LSU was 16-1 vs MSU.

Might want to just focus on last season because historically LSU has owned MSU.

Ugh. They got absolutely shellacked by AUG and UGA, lost to OM at home and went .500 and 4th in the SECw.

I guess when yall say this, ya mean relatively speaking? Good for an MSU team?

Yes, but math must not be your strong suit. Let me help you. You said 26 games. Count backwards from the most recent game (2017).

Good enough to beat LSU 37-7 and win 9 games.

Yea and 2-2 in the last 4. The only people that live in the past are losers.

Your points on UGA and Aub have merit but everyone with a brain knows the OM loss has a huge asterisk by it.

A lot of you are just sickened and quiet frankly scared that this MSU team isn't your daddy's MSU and not an automatic W anymore.

I hast been automatic for some time. Thats not the issue. THe issue is you guys have won 2 games in the past 2 decades and act you've made it.

Yall keep talking about your "D" and front 7 like its something special when, statistically, its average.

You just lost your best HC EVER and your passing game was worse than LSU's.

Yea, SEC is afraid....

Get bent.

You should do a pre-season CFB magazine that rehashes old scores from the past 25 years

Oh yeah, nobody would buy it because nobody cares

EL. OH. EL.

10th in the nation and 3rd in the SEC last year in total defense. And we return 8 starters on defense and add Cole in the secondary and Rivers at DE.

Edited To Add: Jackie Sherrill is our best coach ever.

So you’re upset that FANS are optimistic about their team?

so the average front 7 has two All-SEC 1st teamers on it?

well that’s not true.

and yet... 37-7

That's the type of intelligent response that proves I'm right. And I didn't say the SEC, I said a lot of you, especially you LSU fans. And I didn't refute that we had been automatic for a long time.

But the high point for y'all this year when State visits LSU will be y'all tailgating around grilled swamp rat.

As a fan, I would love to be in LSUs shoes this year. They have as much, if not more, talent than anyone this year and everyone is picking them to finish middle of the pack. I think they will surprise everyone this year, including beating Georgia and Allbarn. Hopefully not Bama. LSU would be my dark horse west division winner this year
