I think 7-3 is actually reasonable. They're gonna play better defenses, but UGA and Bama are the only games that will be out of reach imo

Mississippi State 2020 = Texas A&M 2014?
If you recall, Kenny Hill put up over 500 yards against a South Carolina team that hadn't lost at home in 18 straight games.

6-8 wins is my expectation range right now.
We’ve shown we have what it takes, but execution with the lack of experience on defense is always difficult.
I don’t think Georgia is unwinnable, but the west itself still has some difficult teams.

I think Leach gives them a slugger's chance against anybody. He has a long history of getting his teams up for big games. However he also has a history of losing when he shouldn't. That being said I have to admit that setting a SEC passing record against the champs in your debut game is one hell of an entrance.

Leach isn’t Rumlin
ETA: And KJ is a proven QB

I don’t know what they’ll finish but I think they a lot better then we think!

Its too early to know who's good or bad and will be especially tough to figure out in a year like this.

Run the table till the egg bowl and then blow it in spectacular fashion

Always the bridesmaid and never the bride.

No. Rumlin has 2 Career Division Titles. Leach has neither a Conference nor a Division Title.

Thing is, LSU did all the things I was afraid I’d see from SEC defenses against Leach. They pressured Costello constantly and hung tight with our receivers. Costello threw a few picks and got stripped. But State took the blows, stood back up, and won. My expectations are sky high now. 9-1 with a loss to Bama.

Pressure almost never works against a Leach offense because the ball is thrown too quickly. The longer you make a Leach QB go through his progressions the more likely you'll force a mistake.

Quit trying to make LSU seem less shitty

Let me know when he can take Texas Tech or Washington State to one. Seems to be doing quite well at Arizona.

We really played unclean on offense. Whipped their arse with 4 turnovers on offense.

Leach was in position to win 2 at Texas Tech. Both times (2002 and 2008) he was slaughtered by Oklahoma taking his team out of contention.
Leach was in position to make the PAC 12 Championship in 2016, 2017 and 2018. All three times he choked in the Apple Cup.
