na and only Arkansas fans would agree with you. A&M has better starters and much better hitting. A&M is just a more complete team. Also being in a better conference doesn't really mean shite if you can't finish in the top of it. Y'all also play a shite OOC, A&M's is much more respectable.
As an LSU fan, I believe that getting A&M as a match up draw for our Super would be quite the difficult series. I don't know where all this newborn confidence came from Arkansas baseball fans but A&M is a better baseball team end of story.

I don't want that to happen either because I hope we sneak into a national seed or get an easier draw, but damn there would be some epic pitching matchups in that series.

Ya that would be a grind of a series, something tells me though that the Ags will get the shaft and have to travel out to the west coast. Hopefully we can run OKC and lock up a national seed. Maybe we meet in the CWS that would be epic the year before we join the SEC

No homer here at all.

As long as the same douchebag is running the show, there is no such thing as a "safe bet" - vis a vis - what happened to LSU last year.

A&M has better starters
Y'all have had better consistency with your starting rotation, I'll give you that. DJ Baxendale, a preseason AA struggled for about 4 weeks, and then got his shite together and he has been stellar ever since. Ryne Stanek is as talented as they come, potentially #1 overall in 2013. We had trouble finding a 3rd starter, and usually use a bullpen game on Saturdays. Our Bullpen is better though, no doubt about that.

That's a bit of an exaggeration.
Batting Average
Arkansas: .285
Texas A&M:.292
Homeruns
Arkansas: 38
Texas A&M: 23
Runs
Arkansas: 320
Texas A&M: 329

So you think if A&M and Arkansas switched conferences this year they would have the same records? SEC has 5 teams with at least 39 wins, Big 12 has 2. How many times do you see a team in the SEC 18-0 in conference play? Almost never.

We played 8 teams OOC with a winning record, A&M played 10.

A shite OOC schedule? You realize we had 4 teams OOC that are in your conference and figured in to your record, right?

Ya y'all played a down Texas, Tech and Mizzou
, and lost to Oklahoma. Outside of that the best team y'all played was Houston and you got spanked by them... also Houston sucks.

It's baseball, you can't pick single games. You lost to Texas-Pan Am and UT-A, who cares.
End result is hitting is even, and you guys have pitched better thus far. Top to bottom I believe we have more talent in our pitching but they haven't had the consistency that the Ags pitchers have had, specifically your starters.
I wouldn't put too much faith in an unbeatable 1-2 combo going into postseason. We had the arguably the best 1-2 in the nation with Schmidt and Todd six or so years ago and got gorilla balled out of our own regional. It's just about your team getting hot at the right time, as we did three years ago.
It would be a fantastic series if it happens.

The difference in Arkansas' SEC record and LSU's SEC record is 3 games at the end of the season.
The SEC is always very competitive.
No SEC team should be counted out in the tournament, I don't care who they are playing.
