Should Aranda makes less or Ensminger make more?

I think Aranda deserves the money. As for Ensminger, O must just be using the $800k as an incentive.

How much was Sumlin making a day while winning 8 games per year ? How much would he be making a day by not coaching this year ?

The thinking is Aranda will pick up the slack left by Orgeron. It's a terrible philosophy. If you have to rely on a D coord. to compensate for the Head coach then he shouldn't be the head coach.

ensminger gets so little because the LSU brass trusts him about as much as Orgeron. If you don't believe in the Head Coach, you are in dire straits. Ensminger has the job because he would not rock the boat as Canada did. Canada started to question Orgeron's ability and authority and got him canned. Coahces can't be by committee. The head coach has to be the end all be all and know more than anybody on his staff. He shold be able to take any spot on that coaching staff and run it. I went to a Bama practice in 07 and Saban spent half the practice with the offense on the pass skel, giving direction, chewing arse, telling the qb the correct read. He spent the other half on special teams, correcting lane assignments, when to break down, get the hips lowered, when to lunge, how wrap up. He spent hardly any time with the defense. I talked to the backup kicker in 2011 and he said one day a week Saban came over to the kickers and spent an hour. He ripped them like they were defensive backs. Wanted the kickoff to come down at the 3 yard line. Saban would have the hang time clocked and quiz the punters on the situation and what type of punt they would need.

Many of us LSU fans have pointed this out but have been labeled “haters”. It seems like this experiment t only has one outcome and it isn’t good.

Aranda is in high demand. Ensminger is not. Is capitalism hard for the OP to understand?

LSU has a head coach and offensive coordinator that nobody else in the country would hire. They also have a defensive coordinator that pretty much every team in the country would love to have. Bold Bold strategy

I just looked it up. Sumlin would have made $13,698 a day if he was the coach at A&M. The funny part is he is making $13,698 a day by not coaching at A&M.

That's about 10 bucks to A&M. What's your point

Sumlin was 3-3 vs the HC Aubie just gave an extension to. Aggy believes this is not good enough. Congrats on settling.

The funny part is neither fricked up as bad as Auburn when then parked the Brinks truck in Gus's driveway.

At least Gus has an SECC and two SECW titles on his resume.

Who gives a shite. He's actually won the division, won the SEC and played for the NC. Nobody cares what he did against that drunk, Sumlin.
