I have lsu losing this one and I think most reasonable fans have us going 6-6ish. I will most definitely continue to laugh at teams who are as bad as us and not even going through a complete overhaul and rebuild.

Enjoy your permanent 9-3/8-4 life with occasional losing seasons. No real blue chip wants to go to Arkansas unless he is from a Arky. And Arkansas produces like 1 5 star per decade and 1/2 4 stars per year. Wait til Odom and Briles leave and fat tits make an average replacement hire. Then it’s back to 6-6/7-5. You have zero hope for true greatness. You know it. We all know it. So stick to picking on Vandy and Missouri because your average program with never being anything more.

The portal and Sam’s use of it has changed this dynamic. We’re getting 4 stars now and filling needs with 5 star transfers. It’s a different world now for coaches willing and able to take advantage of it.
I’m not saying we’re going to win it all, but it’s a damn sight better than anything we’ve had in a very long time.
