EDIT Included - How Far Does LSU Fall This Year?

THIS THREAD IS FOR THE 13 FANBASES NOT NAMED lsu
LSU just lost Christian Slater as their QB and he was pretty good, albeit slightly overrated. Was this the result of poor defensive backfields across the SEC, or more likely, was this the result of a sort of "shock and awe" campaign capitalized on by LSU due to the fact that this was the first time in their history that LSU fielded a QB that could competently throw a forward pass? History will be the judge.
But moving forward we all know what happens now. Last season was a flash in the pan for the passing game.
And maybe that's okay. Maybe LSU can win every game just running the ball. I don't know. That's why I'm asking you guys.
What are we looking at here? 7 wins? 8?

When you say break even, I am thinking you're probably padding the stats by like two games because every LSU fan on this board is an unreasonable Homer. But then again, it's hard for me to imagine a team going from undefeated to four wins.
That's how I know your answer isn't serious.
I'll edit the OP and disqualify LSU fans from participating.

I think Joe Burrow’s epic season will start a trend of young guns heading to QB at LSU. We will pump up the volume again soon. Maybe this season? Maybe not. One thing I can assure is LSU will straight up murder in the first half of the season.
