The only "locks" were Warmack and Milliner.

Fluker and Lacy were thought to be "possible" first rounders, possibly high second round. Fluker overshot, Lacy didn't.

I think Lacy probably got a lot of mileage from that NC game alone, but with cooler heads writing the checks, this is probably closer to where he should have gone. Honestly I haven't watched those other RBs, so I'm in no position to say if they are just better, or if there's other factors at play.
