Mullen should be able to get top level talent just by being in Florida and he is a pretty good coach. They'll be on the up and up in the next couple years. Muschamp seems to have a good thing going and I think they'll be a top 3 East team every year. UTk is a basketball school now, so at least we won't have to worry about them.

Those ratings don't mean everything. Look back through the last 17 years of rankings. Many top 20 guys never do anything. I'd say Mullen has a chance to compete.
