Lynn Bowden will be one this year. He had 750 last year with Benny Snell carrying the offensive load.

The UGA stat is amazing becasue they have the #1, #3 and #6 all time SEC passing yardage leaders. You'd expect there to be a bunch of 1,000 yard WR's to go along with those guys.

Can dismiss UGA as run heavy, but that's over 35,000 yards passing from Murray, Green and Zeier.

It was split between Harvin and Murphy some years and then Cooper and Hernandez in Tebow's last.

Darvin Adams almost had it in 2009 with 997 yards

I went to high school with Darvin. He's a good guy. Probably should've stayed another year at Auburn though.

My bold prediction for 2018 was Giles being a 1,000 yard receiver. I was only 908 yards off.

GT fan? Georgia QB's have the #1 and #3 most passing yards in SEC history, both in the last 20 years, they just spread the ball around to lots of receivers. If you want to be an effective troll, be more informed.

Bama only had 2 1000-yd receivers before Saban.

Under Saban, Bama has had 4, with 2 Biletnikoff Award winners.

Eh, I don't think it would've improved his NFL prospects much, and he's doing really well in Canada right now. He's been a CFL all-star 2 years in a row now

Georgia has always been run first and run often. Unless you are on the road and your RBs are running over their secondary, then you abandon it completely.

Great, now I'm having flashbacks to the Fat Man's stay here.

Dayum! David Palmer at #7 in 1993! He played 3 games at QB, and was the starting QB against Mississippi State.

Urban came to Florida with the reputation as a disciplinarian and an offensive guru, which he is neither. He would have either handed the ball to Percy or have Tebow keep it on every play but he had to mix it up to keep the defense honest.

Closest was Riley Cooper in 09. He had 960 yards. Hernandez had like 850.

Through out the years UF usually had multiple WRs catching the ball, you don't wanna be a one man band.
In 1985 we had multiple first round picks at RB. John L. Williams a FB/RB and had great hands....he played in the pros I think for 12 years and led the NFL in receptions at least one or two years.

In Spurriers hey day his WRs could have easily had 1,000 yds if not for sharing touches...Ike Hilliard, Reidel Anthony and Jaquez Green for example.

Urban didn't have one because they were actually pretty run heavy. Harvin could have easily had 1k yards if we wanted to go after that though. Just never needed to go pass happy very often.
