I'm not big on mustard-based sauces but that sounds good. Actually, I guess I do like mustard based, I just don't like the pork covered in it. Give me a pulled pork sandwich with the stuff to pour on top any day. My favorite is vinegar based if it has to be cooked and bathed in it.
