For sale: New modern stadium w/lofts, huge jumbotron & seats 13,000. Location not is not ideal, but it’s worth more than the whole city. Sorry, stadium comes w/no national championships, but all the bells & whistles to distract fans from that fact. Selling because we already own the mecca of college baseball.
