You simply can't swing a helmet at a guy's head. Throw the hat on the ground and try to punch him? Fine. It's a fight. That happens. It would almost be the equivalent of a batter running to the mound with a bat and swinging at the pitcher. You can't do that.

I was outraged at first. But, I did see that Garret did not hit him with the crown of the helmet.
I am now convinced he was just trying to put the helmet back where he got it. Tried to place it back on the dude's head.
