Controls their own destiny in the SEC, courtesy of Auburn losing to Georgia. Gators gotta win out, though. Doing so means Florida finishes with four losses; LSU would have at least five (they play Florida); Kentucky (they play Florida twice) and Auburn would have at least four losses (loser of Auburn vs UK would have at least five). What a coaching job by Mike White if they pull this off.

ETA - They are the only team not named Kentucky that can win the SEC by winning out.

LSU controls our destiny too. Not much faith we know what to do with it, but we control it.

From a literal standpoint, you don’t because Kentucky has to lose twice and LSU does not control that. From an abstract standpoint, absolutely.

Do any of us truly control our destiny?

or

Do all of us control our destiny?

or

Is there a gray area?

or

Is it grey?

We'll give you a few days Gators to enjoy the fantasy before we crush your dreams this Saturday.

LSU does not control its destiny now. We could win out and still not catch Kentucky. We depend on other teams results.

At any rate we probably lose to UF away. Unfortunately

No one has any dreams about this underachieving team. Kentucky's guards are going to run circles around us. We have a guy running our offense who is stuck in 2nd gear.

I see a 3-2 finish for us at best.

Is way too inconsistent to put together a string of wins to do this. I love my Gators but I would be shocked if this happened.

Not one Gator fan has agreed with the OP nor did a gator fan start the thread, but OK. UK will probably win Saturday just like UF will win on Saturdays in the fall. 32 of 33 times I believe.

To be fair, Gator fans are like Kentucky fans; they have never lost a game; the refs took it from them.

I don't like our chances, but if this team catches fire, who knows.

That said, this team is playing better and hopefully we can make a run here at the end of the season to improve our seeding.

I also don't know if I want them winning out, maybe drop 1, because this team is prone to getting a big head -- they need to be humble.

Well that’s not true. We lost most of our games due to poor offensive production.

I can’t think of a game this year we lost because of the refs.

They are guaranteed at least one loss since they have to play Tennessee. Tennessee owns Florida basketball.

Tennessee owns Florida basketball. That's what Tennessee does.
