Dont Blame LSU

How is this LSU’s fault? LSU was willing to play the game Saturday, Sunday, or Monday last week on UF’s terms. LSU also offered UF to come play at Tiger Stadium, paying for flights, hotels (in BR and New Orleans), and everything else they needed. Florida decided to not have a contingency plan. Forget that lie about the police not being there…LSU didn’t need security to move the game to Arizona State, and SC didn’t need security to move the game to BR last year. It’s not LSU fault the Foley had a conniption fit about playing in Tiger Stadium.
Secondly, has everyone forgot how long in advanced we knew about Hurricane Matthew? I remember wondering after the Mizzou game if the game was going to be played, and that was 7 days prior. Look, LSU has dealt with this more often than UF has in the past decade. Katrina forced LSU to play at Arizona State, and Rita forced us to move the UT game from Saturday to Monday. Last year we hosted SC due to the flooding there and we were praised by the media!!!! Now, since UF’s AD didn’t want to move the game or have a contingency plan LSU is at fault??? Smells fishy. Screw everybody that thinks LSU is at fault here. Games are moved more times than people realize. Hell, the Saints played all of the 2005 season outside of New Orleans. UF is at fault here, period. Foley decided to show his arse and back fired on him.
Third, don’t fault Alleva for standing firm on not wanting to give up a home game on the 19th. This year has been the worst for BR, and his decision to stand firm had a lot more to do than football. Add losing a home game to the mix, and it just makes it harder on the reeling economy. BR needs this more than Gainesville, because lets face it, it was 84 degrees and sunny in Gainesville when kickoff was scheduled.

Do you think anything you just typed is even close to being an original thought that hasn't been discussed a thousand times already?

sanky is nothing more than another little Saban bitch and mad that LSU would not agree to play 3 conference road games in 12 days like Saban wanted.

Interesting. Didn't know we had that kind of influence over other schools ADs. LSU fans got all the powers!!!

Which would have happened btw but for Gary Danielsons questions about player safety in playing 3 big road games in a row in 12 days on national TV
