Nah we ve had the last laugh for a while now. That fat piece of shite got away with everything at Tennessee , snitched and then Bama hired Saban and put him out to pasture. That program has been in a hell hole for a long time while Bama has thrived. It's called karma fat Phil

I'm a bit miffed you didn't put my fricking-A, I am dancing naked on my deck cause we're finally rid of Pruitt celebratory posts in there.

Losing Pruitt is the best thing to happen to Alabama since Nick Saban was hired.

There's just too many retarded Alabama fans posting to realize it.

I'm impressed. Didn't appear to be much hope, but hats off to Fulmer. Not only did he get a good coach, he swiped him from the rival Bama. ouch.

I mean......Tennessee is our rival. Did you expect us to hope he went 11-1 every year? Thanks for your time and effort Jeremy, it is appreciated. Now I hope you crash and burn.

Seems pretty reasonable to me. Would have had the same reaction if Auburn had hired Kirby.

don't know why he would leave for the same position at a lesser program for an unproven

Because he isn't guaranteed Saban would keep him.....ge KNOWS he has a safe DC gig for a couple of years (at least) because expectations are low in TN

Are we talking about Tosh here?

Yea, I'm sure he'll pick the Tennessee gig under Pruitt over the Alabama gig in which his 2 predecessors left to take head coaching jobs at Top 15 programs.

Makes sense.

It's not his choice in Bama. Point is, how do you know Saban wants to keep him as DC? Career is dead of defense goes down at Bama and Saban cans your arse after yr 1.
Also, where is he from originally.

If we are debating whether Tosh stays at LB Coach or goes to Tennessee as DC, ok then. But if he is offered both there isn't even a second thought. And, considering Saban worked his arse off to keep Tosh last year, I seriously doubt he's not going to do it again.

He's from California, went to Cal. He was kind of on the ropes after the NCAA stuff with Washington and Saban hired him anyway.

most of those aren't new ones. In fact, I am surprised at some of the names going full on gump.

You mean to tell me that fans of a team headed to the playoffs just lost a coordinator for the third year in a row are not taking it well? The hell you say.

I thought I saw it reported he will coach through playoffs as long as he wears a UT pin on his jacket on the sidelines

He is so screwed. The first time things go bad Fulmer is going to step in and cause him hell. Fulmer will give himself the job by year three.

Not to mention he just burned all of his bridges - had a booster said not only is he not welcome but they are going to do everything to destroy him.
