Does weather affect UF-USC game?

Most pundits have UF going away, but Nestor bands will be affecting Columbia at gametime. UF has little running game.

64 and rainy. Anyone remember the SC/Mizzou game last year? LET'S. GO.

I have heard a lot of people make that comparison, but it was hot as hell when we played Mizzou last year and without any wind. 
I think the wind may have just as much of an impact as the rain tomorrow. 25-30 MPH.
