I think they would have won 2018 without him.

The fake punt cost them a Nattie.

Based on the fact he has been total shite against the only two decent teams he had played.

The real question is does UGA win the 2020 national title with JT Daniels?

Because this year, JTD > Fields

considering your defense couldn't stop Alabama it's a pretty good bet not

No. He threw 3 picks in OSU’s only game against a top 10 team this season, and that was just Indiana. No way I believe the UGA coaching staff could have helped him be any better than OSU’s staff has him.

He threw 3 picks (2 in the 2nd half)
And had multiple 3 and outs which continually put our defense back on the field.

But it woulda been difficult with the same officiating crew and phantom PI calls against us.

While Alabama probably still would have won , having a putrid offense directly affects the defense. They couldn’t stay off the field.

Not with Alabama having Harris/Jones/smith.

You’d have a better team but Alabama would still most likely beat you.

lol did you watch the game? After Hurts came in UGA’s defense was gassed and couldn’t get a stop. I don’t mind the fake punt call, but I will say he should’ve abandoned it after bama was clearly not fooled. Either way UGA would given the defense was gassed and bama had fresh legs at QB.

That's an excellent question to pose for debate.
