Gotta add Shreveport to that to, would say its about 50/50. Also I am from Katy quite a few LSU people and surprisingly not a lot of Texas fans.

Hopefully I get a job near Jersey Village pronto. I'm from Austin, but love Houston!

Jersey is the ghetto man joking aside its not that bad but you might want to keep your doors locked. Also you might run into this thug.

It's not a terrible commute from Midtown or Washington area, I assume it's off 290. I wouldn't recommend living in JV

Don't see that many UT fans and no Gump fans. CFO at Marathon is the only Gump fan I know. Their CEO is an LSU grad so the order is right over there!

I've got the Gump hatefest going over here so thats good too. I hope I get my tickets for the game at aTm. Looking forward to it.

I think he's talking about the racial makeup...

If not it's like:

93% LSU
5% LA Tech
2% Everyone else..

Work would be on the other side of jersey village across 290, but living in Katy wouldn't be a bad commute

I live here.. and it's not even remotely close. I see more Longhorn stickers than A&M stickers.

I live in The Heights which is just a few blocks from Washington. Really fun place to live.

When I think of ugly that for sure doesn't come to mind, and I am sure that 99% of red blooded American men would agree on that
Don't worry about them, you'll get used to it here. Apparently, there's some attitude going around this site insisting that "cool dudes" find all women "ugly", even the ones they'd kick their mother in the teeth to actually hook up with if they ever met them in real life. I guarantee you 100% that no guy on this site (including Busey, if he's a guy) would turn any of those girls down because they're "ugly". They might turn them down because they're married or have a girlfriend, or because they're gay. But none of them are going to say, "sorry, you're not pretty enough for me."

It's just one of those things "cool brahs" do on message boards.
