Does LSU and Arkansas still trade this trophy around?

It still exists but no, it’s not traded back and forth. Cause Arkansas can’t win.

Yes unfortunately. It's a dumb trophy for a forced attempt at a rivalry.

Yes. It exists but it is insignificant. Much like the Magnolia Bowl carving/trophy.

That Magnolia Bowl "trophy" is the ugliest damn thing I've ever seen and should be burned and never mentioned again.

Only Arkansas cares about it. It’s their Super Bowl trophy.

I went to that 2014 loss in Fay. Wow their fans were acting like fricking fools outside of the stadium. It was so, so embarrassing

Why does the sec try to keep forcing rivalries on LSU?

It’s a pretty cool trophy that means nothing to LSU and a lot to Arkansas. That’s how I view it at least

Because we don't have a natural rival like the other schools in the SEC.

LSU dismantled Arkansas 56-20 (Razorbacks scored 14 in 4th quarter when game was already determined) on the field yesterday.

After the game, the beating continued. The game was supposedly the rivalry game for The Golden Boot. After the game, LSU didn’t celebrate and left the trophy on the field.

It works because LSU keeps dominating every forced rival they get.

Best team in the history of college football. 150 years.
