Missouri is the second SEC school that has cooperated with an NCAA investigation
and has gotten hammered because of it. Why the hell isn’t he throwing the weight
of the SEC around to minimize the damage to the school and the SEC as a whole ?

Because they haven't messed with Alabama yet.

Sankey will do something when it affects Alabama or Georgia.

Someone hasn't paid attention to how UGA has had things handled by the NCAA obviously.

He gets paid by the SEC schools to represent their interests. It’s not
good for the SEC to have any member on probation .

He sits in his soundproof office all day and drinks redbull while listening to the Beastie Boys song Sabatoge on repeat while he plots to take down every SEC cept State.

Why?

Lesson to be learned: last time Bama was penalized, we cooperated. We got penalized harshly. Missouri cooperated, got penalized harshly. When Auburn was being investigated about Cam being sold to the highest bidder, Auburn fought tooth and nail and didn’t cooperate for shite. How’d that work out for them?

Never, EVER, cooperate with the NCAA goons. I wouldn’t piss on them if they were on fire.

Sankey has to fight it or he is out. He has to stand up against Emmert or it will be perceived as rolling over. He has to live up to the standard established by Slive, real or not.

Every CFB school and their fans should thank Georgia and Oklahoma for standing up to the NCAA and stopping their monopoly of college football on TV in 1981. After the suit was settled and TV was opened to all schools, the NCAA hit Oklahoma and Georgia with penalties for petty reasons. There is still some residual pettiness from the NCAA against the two schools.

Love how Bammers want to rewrite history. Auburn cooperated fully with the NCAA. Gave them any records they requested and same with the Newton Family. People choose to forget that the NCAA issued a statement of praise for Auburn's Compliance Department over the Cam Investigation.

Sankey has no balls. No one respects or fears him. Reminds me of Adam Silver in the NBA. No one cares about that guy.

Point might have been better received by including other schools but the OPs point is seemingly valid...looking at scchools that fight vs those that comply. Seems to be no advantage to do the later

Adam Silver is pathetic. Totally agree with you on that one.
