I've never been, but would like to go. Does anyone know how it will be this year? If you've been, let us know how your experience was in Omaha.

No.

I went in 2009. Stay in the Old Market area by the stadium, or save a few bucks and stay across the state line in Iowa.
You'll have a great time. If you can go when all the teams are playing, the first weekend, I'd recommend that. I waited and just went for the National Championship 3 game series.

Hey baw! Do it in the body of the post, not the title. Pro tip.

Thanks for your reply, great info. How are tickets acquired for this event? I heard that when teams get knocked out, tickets come available.

We would go a lot when I was a kid. Our family really loved Rosenblatt. We have not been to TD Ameritrade though. For those that have gone: what are your thoughts in comparison?

I think you and available family should get to TD and relive those memories

It wasn't so much of what happened with the foul ball but the base hit that Oregon State had right after that. It scored the winning runs and completely deflated the Arkansas team going into game three.

I went the opening weekend of 2013 with my dad. Arguably the best roadtrip I’ve ever taken. It helps that the dawgs won both games I went to. Tickets were easy to find then (GA, the stadium is massive), but have the potential to be harder this year due to limited capacity.
