If Bama wins out, and if LSU wins out, I think both get in. LSU will smack UGA in the SEC championship and that will put Bama at 4 if they beat Auburn.

After losing to them for so many years in a row, wouldn't it be sweet to beat them twice in one year? And considering how bad the fans are saying yall beat them, wouldn't you want to do it again?

If Clemson is out of it... then hell yeah.

Doesn’t matter. Play as it lays.

Want to? frick no, I want to put other skins on the wall, not the same one twice.

But if that's how it breaks I am completely confident we will bodybag them again

Whatever team is in the CFP will be a tough out. I am not worried about seeing them again. But, I cannot see how (without serious chaos) that they can possibly make it in with the weak schedule they have. I just can't see it.

If UGA and Bama beat Auburn, then, Bama will have ZERO 'good wins'.

we just want to make the playoff. don't care if alabama is there except that I want alabama totally out of it just so there is another nail in the coffin for the program's downward trajectory. I don't even want them to have a chance at resurrecting this season.

Yes. Unlike 2011 I truly believe we have a better team. There was no luck involved in LSU winning Saturday, unlike in 2011.

LSU had a two score lead on the tide for over 37 minutes and never trailed. Bama never had the ball down one score in the second half. This is vastly different than 2011 and I’m not afraid to admit it

Guess one plays the hand dealt.

Does Alabama deserve a top 4 spot? No, not as it currently stands as I believe only Conference champions should be considered at the end of it all.

I never want to play any good team twice. It gives the other team- any team- a psychological edge. And I always want a rematch with anybody that has beaten my team. This is sports psychology 101. Page two of the manual.

Perhaps, but there's little value in beating a team twice. A chance to beat Clemson and/or Ohio St in addition to Bama makes a more compelling run.

Beginning a 2 year win streak in one season is nice, but not the goal.

Nah, it's just a bit harder to beat a team twice. Bama had their chance to play us at home and didn't handle business, they don't deserve another shot. I don't want to see them again with an added chip on their shoulder and a new game plan to try out. Maybe biased.

While beating the Gumps a second time would be nice, keeping them out of the playoffs is even better. They shouldn't get rewarded for losing to LSU by getting a second chance.

I would rather play Clemson, Baylor, or Minnesota just for the variety.
