Yeah, but they most likely dreamed of being a big name in the NFL. Goin to the browns is the kiss of death for a player unless they somehow escape.
Then they have a poor career and people bad mouth them for years due to sucking, after spending the majority of their life trying to make it to the NFL

They should have let the name die when Modell snuck off with the real Browns.

ETA - Yes, I do feel bad for some of them. Some of those guys deserve much better than to have their talents and careers wasted.

No.
Because the Browns drafted Johnny Manziel.

That team deserves to lose all their games, and if someone gets drafted by them they should automatically realize it's because they are an overrated shitbag. The Browns have never drafted one single player worth one single shite.

Because Johnny Manziel

Yea I do. It's brutal. When they drafted Haden I cried a tear for the poor kid. Never had a chance.

Think about it this way

if you're the player that finally turns them around

you'll get statues, stadium titles and children all across the city with your name by the time you retire.

They make millions of dollars, man.

It's like being in the military. If you sign up and serve more than one term there is a very good chance you are gonna go to war. It sucks. But people do it anyways because they love their country.

The difference is though, the soldiers don't get paid millions of dollars.

I would argue that going to the Browns...I'd rather join the Army. You can have your millions. You can never wipe the embarrassment of being a Brown. When you are eighty all your grand kids will talk about is how your teams sucked and they are embarrassed to be related to you.

Pretty much the same as playing for the Brown's owners favorite CFB program at this point.

The Army sucks arse, dude.
Much like the Cleveland Browns. But the Cleveland Browns players get lots of money.

Guess what you can do with Cleveland Browns money? Have sex with two girls at the same time. Two Russian girls, even. Any time you want.

Girls love a man in uniform.

Just put your military pic on tinder.

They will swing on the penis like it can solve the imaginary wage gap.

Nick Saban never coached for the current Browns organization. He coached for the current Baltimore Ravens organization. In fact, he still receives an NFL pension from the Ravens.

Saban was the defensive coordinator for the old Browns organization, which later moved to Baltimore and became the Baltimore Ravens.

The Browns are the Browns. Their team is actually named after a piece of shite.

True story.
