Do any programs have physical/appearance requirements for cheerleaders/dance teams?

Is it written down in a manual or just implied?
How many schools use young girls on campus, or whores, or strippers to “help” in recruiting?
Why do so many recruits want to take as many visits as they can even knowing where they will sign?
(They want to enjoy the process!)
How many schools have fat and ugly cheerleaders and dance team?
How many schools use any girls/women to “host” the recruits that visit?
How many schools use fat and ugly girls to “host” recruits?
Are we conflating several different issues here?
Sexual harrasment is wrong and should be condemned.
(I have sisters and a daughter)
But let’s not get holier than thou here.

Instead of continually trying to explain, excuse, justify, deny, deflect, rationalize, or plain old “say so what,” why not just say “it was all wrong,” “I’m ashamed,” institutionally apologize, fire that woman harasser 0, clean house and get right with God?
It would probably clear the air and enable hiring a really good coach... LSU might actually become a year to year contender. But nooooooo... you must like living with your head buried .... so, as you were, carry on...

The University of Arkansas proudly maintains a merit-based system. If you can make the rigorous cut, you are on the team regardless of all the superficial differences that others get caught up in. As it should be

At Alabama I never heard of this descriptive stuff. We just said “coed.” Honestly, I didn’t even know there were young honeys who were’t blond, didn’t have quart milk bottles, and were ugly or fat... then I graduated from Alabama.

In most cases you can’t be a fat cheerleader or dance team member. They have pretty extensive workouts.
I don’t remember the name of the student club that did athlete tours at UA, but the girls in it were not much more attractive than the average UA student. Guys could be in the club too although few were.

Well I dated a girl on the Crimson Cabaret 
and there were some of her friends who would shack up with basketball players. Never heard about football guys. I once told one of her friends that was sleeping with Avery Johnson Jr., "If you're going to sleep with an athlete, at least do it with a winner".

Yes, they all do. This isn't an LSU thing, this is a recruiting thing that goes everywhere. Can't hold this over Les's head
