Will be handled by the schools, internally. SEC will not involve itself in determining discipline, but will monitor how the schools handle it. Per Sanky.

quote:

SEC commissioner Greg Sankey leaves it up to #LSU and Texas A&M to handle discipline after Saturday night’s scuffle: Asked if the discipline will made public, Sankey replied: “Not by me.”

Per Sanky.
None of this affects the betting line. Why should he care?

I think this is a good move, its not a good look on either team so its best just to move on

Wow, the game was a week ago and A&M is still getting official reviews in their favor

How do you figure that? I think this is probably the best outcome for everyone, but I was sure Battle was going to be suspended if the SEC had anything to say about it.

he's giving you a chance to self-discipline, although I think it is a mistake in LSU's case. last time LSU voted to let Jordan Jefferson play after head stomping someone

This. Craig acted like a 5 year old, but didn't get physical with anyone. Little Fischer gets him headed back in the right direction, only to have Kragthorpe chase after Craig. Fisher stops Krag, not realizing that he's dealing with someone a little fragile, and Faulk loses his cool thinking Krag has been assaulted.

Just a bad deal all around, but, thankfully, no one was seriously hurt.

2 schools' staffers duke it out on national television after an extraordinary game where one of the involved was an old guy with Parkinson's and a pacemaker = no SEC intervention

2 schools in a heated rivalry that get into a typical football scuffle with no injuries in an otherwise uninteresting game = both ADs getting called to the carpet

No problem with it other than Battle not getting suspended, there is no justification or excuse for his bitch arse sucker punch.

Wrong player bud. Jefferson missed the first 5 games in 2011. He was suspended indefinitely and wasn’t reinstated until after his case had been adjudicated and his charge reduced to a misdemeanor. Jeremy Hill is where team vote came from. He was suspended 1 game for a bar fight. And the team “voted” whether or not they still wanted him on the team.

Of course. Never expected SEC/Bama to do a damn thing about D Craig or Jimbo’s hillbilly nephew. This Bs is unreal. You know Bama has their hands all in this becasue of the way Aggies have cozied up to them
