We all know the Longhorns have gone through the worst stretch of football in Texas Longhorns history. We recognize it, and fire coaches accordingly. However, let's take a look at Aggie since then as well.

Aggies have a conference win percentage of 57.5%
Aggies are 9-23 vs ranked conference teams(28%). Take Bama out and that's still 8-15.
Aggies play 4 non conference foes per year. Of those 32 non conference foes, only 5 were from p-5 conferences

The difference is Aggie celebrates this and runs their collective mouths about how they are so much better, which anyone can see they just put a bandaid on their program by beating up on FBS teams.

You say A&M runs their mouth which they do.

But how many times have we heard “TEXAS IS BACK” during “the worst stretch of football in Texas Longhorns history”?

I see no difference

Well, they’re both similar and dissimilar.

Similar in that neither one have much self awareness, but it presents differently.

Texas fans think they’re still relevant.
Aggy fans think they aren’t scared of Texas.

They’re wrong on both counts as the posters on this board have proven over the last two weeks.

Does anybody paying attention to what’s happening in College Station right now really believe that? Like, for real?

Male Texas fans wear chaps. It's pretty funny.

Texas is 8-6 against ranked opponents the last 3 seasons. If you go longer than that...it goes south in a hurry

The Aggies celebrate having bigger balls than Texas by joining the toughest division in college football.

Not to mention that despite this A&M has been more successful since 2012 than Texas.

You need to look at where the teams are at now. One program has been improving while the other drifts aimlessly.

A&M is a legitimate contender for the playoffs.

TU is nowhere near them.
