Why? Different uniforms so different areas and sizes for the logo. Ole Miss fits on a helmet but not so well on a baseball hat.

Seeing purple and yellow together is like chewing on a wad of aluminum foil, except on baseball uniforms.
LSU's baseball unis have always looked good, imo.

I've never noticed Sarge. I'd be interested to see that. For me the Texas outline works best for away games. It's always good, but don't want to overdo it. The only baseball uni I've had an objection to was the camo stuff - that was awful. Football has had much worse, though. The grey thing they wore against LSU a few years ago needs to die in a fire.

I love the interlocking LSU logo. They used to use that for basketball too, didn't they?
I also used to like the Mississippi State interlocking logo, but if I remember correctly Nike had the trademark on it or something to that effect so they took it with them when State went to Russell? Is that right?

The F is way better than that script bs on our football helmets from the Charlie Pell days.

Back under Uncle Dave Odom, the basketball team almost exclusively used the interlocking USC as their logo. Three programs, three logos.
State did the same thing for a while. Football used the interlocking MSU, Basketball used the Old Banner M State, and baseball used the MS.
I don't hate having a different logo for baseball, and I'm certainly not in favor of using it across the board. Some logos just look "baseballish", and the interlocked MS is one of them.

The interlocking MSU for football was always different than their baseball logo, but yes, Nike still retains the rights to use that logo, which is why Miss State used the clipart app on Microsoft Word to come up with their current logo
Football

Baseball

They also used this in the early 90s for football
