yes plain as day. soon as it happend and i heard whistle i said wow uva double dribbled to lose game... but whistle was on intentional foul after. ref completely missed it. plain as day

Absolutely he did, so tired of refs not getting things right at the most crucial moments, but can spend a ridiculous amount of time reviewing a touch flagrant 1.

What sucks is the call wasn't made because the refs just didn't know the rule.
Dribbling off his foot was the only explanation for the way the ball reacted.
But nobody blew a whistle.
