Did he finally earn the high ranking, did he impress anyone else?

I've doubted that he was an elite RB since he's been at Bama but he is quietly having a very good season.

Over the past several games he has been more involved in the offense. Maybe out of necessity due to Tua's injury or not but he played a damn great game vs LSu and was dominating.

He had an beast of a TD catch in the game.

Here are his stats vs Lsu

190 APY and 2-TDs

Rushing

19-CAR 146-YDS 7.7-AVG 1-TD 31-LONG

Recieving

3-REC 44-YDS 14.7-AVG 1-TD 23-LONG

He reminded me a little bit of Todd Gurley in that game.

He did very good and I don't understand why A1abama has not used him more. That TD catch he made has been better than any of your receivers have made this whole season. Dude is solid and will do well in the NFL next year. In 2020 Bama is so screwed

Had this been a couple years ago, he would probably be a Heisman front runner.

If wrong, mea culpa, but did he not only have 4 carries in the first half, one a 30 yd run? I was nervous about him all week. Saban or Sark calling plays? And his running in the second half took the heat off Tau, as he was getting pounded in the first half.

Yes absolutely. He was one of the best performers in the game. My guess is the Pro Football focus and NFL scouts gave him a very high grade in that game. He earned it.

In today's game, RBs seem to have been devalued. Not sure if it is his fault for lack of numbers.

He's one of the very few absolute studs that Bama has now.

He has produced at a high level since his first year at Bama. For some strange reason, our fanbase often underrates our RBs while the numbers and on field play are nothing but productive.

More than a few Bama fans didn't think that Derrick Henry was a viable option as a starting RB before the 2015 season. It's true.

We don't win against UGA in 2017 without Najee. I'd say that he earned his 5 star ranking in that game.

my stat predictions for Najee against LSU we're almost dead on

Najee's problem is he went to Alabama when they decided they wanted to play like a Big 12 team.

He is amazingly good, and just almost an afterthought in your offense till you need to run.

He’ll be a second rounder and all of a sudden be a pro bowler.

I’ve always thought he was good. Are Bama fans down on this guy?
Your fan base has a habit of eating their own.

With all 32 NFL teams in attendance, I think both 22s earned their way into this year’s nfl draft as opposed to waiting until next year.

Absolutely they were; they both played in beast mode.

Seems like Najee has finally figured out that he needed to not hesitate or dance in the holes and just cut up field to get the yards needed and then when the hole is there get to full speed North-South. He's definitely improved. Same with Clyde the spin doctor Hellaire
