Did LSU break Tennessee

I remember the game well...it was the 2001 sec title. Tenn was favored to win but lsu had players like Rohan Davey, Josh Reed and company..upsetting Tenn. Since then Tenn had become a laughing stock...2002 to now.

What Nick Saban has done both to and for the SEC in the last 20 years is nothing short of incredible.

Nick Saban has played Tennessee 16 times - he is 15-1 against them (2-1 at LSU, 13-0 at Alabama). His only loss was in Knoxville in 2001........which was then avenged in the SEC Championship by denying Tennessee a trip to the national title game with their last truly elite team.
