LSU set the record for most points scored by a visiting team in Alabama’s stadium?

The LSU Tigers offense?

Most points scored on a Nick Saban defense since 1998 when a Drew Brees led Purdue offense faced Michigan State.

Most points ever scored on Bama in the 1st half in Tuscaloosa as well.

And yes, most points ever scored on Bama in the 90 years of BDS.

They might own Tiger Stadium, but those stats are gonna sting for a while.

Doesn't matter. 51 > 46. Try again.

It was Oregon. Purdue scored 25 that year.

He has to watch Tennessee try to play football every Saturday. Just give him this one.

I think I remember that one. 2003 or 2004... but it was 5OT's

this is in regulation.

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — LSU’s highly productive offense was at it again Saturday, piling up more points in four quarters that any team has against Alabama in the 90-year history of Bryant-Denny Stadium.

LSU has planted it's flag in BDS for a good while.

There's no need to get petty about it.

It was 99, not 98. Purdue scored 52.

From delly's article

quote:

It was the most points a Saban-coached team has given up since 1998, when he was head coach at Michigan State and Oregon put up 48 on the Spartans.

Purdue had 7 from a fumble recovery per the box score. All of LSUs points were on offense.
