Since his Son didnt sign a LOI today and is a PWO. He should not have been there.

His son was signing with a school. So yea, he had every right to be there, no matter how convenient it may be.

If you think the distinction between a PWO and LOI overrides parental rights to attend school functions involving their children, then perhaps you need to step away from recruiting for a bit.
If his kid baked the cake and cookies for the party, he could be there.

It's gotta look pretty bad for USC fans having a guy grow up 20 minutes from your stadium, publicly commit two separate times, and then still not really want to come. Basically having an entire coaching staff and fan base on their knees for a chance at signing a 5-star recruit. I know it's a big deal for you guys, but try to relax.
