His picture is plastered all over the CBS Morning News this morning. The CBS reporter is interviewing some young woman about how Guice raped her. Maybe O can hang out with Art Briles for a while.

Wow. After the transgressions we've seen from your (red)neck of the woods, I wouldn't talk....

You know from a legal standpoint the smart thing to do would be to file charges.
She never once mentioned it to LSU admins, she still has yet to file charges, and instead is posturing for cameras and interviews.
Guice was recently arrested for strangulation and sexual assault of another female.

LSU punter Zach Von Rosenberg took to Twitter to defend his coach earlier in the day in a tweet that has since been deleted.
"I felt obligated to defend my coach bc we had team meetings about nearly every incident," Von Rosenberg tweeted. "Most of these players were either dismissed or removed from the team. The others I don't know all the details, but what I do know is my coach would do the right thing. Fact."
"We are unwavering in our commitment to respond promptly to any reports of misconduct, to investigate these reports in a manner that is fair and equitable, to support victims of sexual assault, and to protect the privacy of our students according to the law," LSU told USA Today in a statement. "Putting an end to sexual assault is an institutional priority, and we are constantly working to achieve that goal."

So, what you're saying is, if she wants to file charges, she'll have to stand in line.

Or there is the other elephant in the room...
Innocent until proven guilty. You can't prove one or the other until charges are filed and he has his day in court.

Guice and Goddchaux were the only ones to remain.
No one came forward on Guice.
Godchaux was wrongly accused by his gf and had his charges dropped. She is the one that requested all charges be dropped. The DA then sought out charges for the GF.

Call me an victim blamer but anyone find it strange that these people think that school admin are the people you go to for reporting a rape?

In LSU's defense ( ), colleges try to inject themselves as the authoritative arbitrator in too many situations where a better institution should be utilized.
UGA's Dean of Students office regularly involved itself into situations where a university had no business involving itself in, just because it involved a UGA student or students while I was enrolled.
I almost can't blame some 18-22 year old college student who runs to the university administrator when a conflict arises between themselves and another student. From orientation forward it is reinforced that the college authorities are the ultimate authority in all situations involving students, when it isn't.
For example, I had a neighbor get her car vandalized by some crazy chick that thought the neighbor was sleeping with the crazy's ex. This was off campus. Instead of going to the fricking police to file a report and charges, her first call was to the UGA Dean of Students office.

In terms of rape/sexual assault and other criminal activity?
you'd be right to be absolutely positive.

You're not incorrect, but most Alleged victims go someone they know first. Most campuses are micro-spheres that people don't speak up.
Look at Penn State
Look at Michigan State
It took years for stuff to come out.

So the fact that Guice has already proven to be a sexual predator makes you think it's less likely he was a sexual predator twice?

Didn’t O himself slap da sheet outta some ho back in da day??

Not what I said at all. I think he did it, but my opinion is irrelevant. he should still have his day in court.
What isn't irrelevant is the victim still hasn't filed charges for her allegations, but has postured for interviews and news cameras over and over.

Will this be a Clery Act issue?
LSU failed to notify students of the pattern of football players raping students.
