The only statistic that matters defensively is scoring defense and Bama is 13th in the country in scoring defense.

Based on what Alabama expects, you are right. Bama is in double digits for NC, but nowhere near enough.
But thank God we are not a program that has won 2 or 3 NC all-time.....

I was just thinking the same thing about Bama's slightly worse defense against LSU's slightly better offense.

Seems silly to track.
You see - 10 defenders could miss a tackle on a 1 yard gain. But at the end of the day, it’s only a 1 yard gain.
