is the most over-used, over-rated myth in sec football. aint nobody scared to go in there and bitch slap L8u! whats to fear? smack ‘em in the mouth, and watch it empty in the third qtr.
only stadium where fans arrive hating the opponent, and leave hating lsu.

just because alabama has had success there with nick saban doesn't mean it's not a tough venue for a visiting team at night.

It's not as hostile as it was 9 or 10 years ago. Several threads on Tiger Rant even said the same thing earlier in the year.

To be fair, Bama has, historically, had success everywhere

I don't think many venues are as hostile as they once were. With lowering attendance nation-wide and people chooisng to watch games on TV rather than in person, it is what it is. But for big games, it's still a among the best places to watch a college football game.

Prior to Saban's arrival to Alabama, LSU only had 8 victories against Alabama in Baton Rouge all-time.

“Baton Rouge happens to be the worst place in the world for a visiting team. It’s like being inside a drum.” ~ On playing in Tiger Stadium - Bear Bryant

You calling Bear Bryant a liar?
