They had a better pitching staff. Really comes down to most of the season, UF has struggled because of its young staff.

DBU typically has a good squad and almost always a badass ace. Haven't been following them this year but most years they are good, almost like a lesser Rice.

I never thought we would have a staff this bad. Youth isn’t an excuse this late in the year. Sully has some work to do overhauling this staff in the offseason. Just terrible.

Sending Florida to Lubbock was a death sentence.

I feel unclean agreeing with a Longhorn but you aren't wrong. They made the choice to specialize in baseball and it shows. Rather then try to compete in a variety of sports they've shot for being very good in one and its worked.
