Quinton Dunbar, Florida
Jonathan Jones, Auburn
Justin Coleman, Tennessee
All 3 from schools that have produced quality NFL DBs and Thorpe Award winners
These are 3 schools you talk about when mentioning quality DBs from the SEC.
Congrats to Florida, Auburn, and Tennessee for making the SEC look good when it comes to DBs in the NFL

Lyle botched the Tennessee 2015 and 2016 rosters bigly
He didn’t even ride an absurdly talented team to a great season like Sumlin did

I appreciate the spirit of the post, but these just aren’t the 5 best CBs in the NFL lol

Justin Coleman is just one in a very long list of VOLS who were complete shite in college only to carve out a nice NFL career.

If he was 3 inches taller he would've been a 1st rounder based on college production and combine performance.
4 year starter, 2x All-SEC, had 6 INT his junior year
4.33 forty and 19 bench press reps at the combine
His only knocks were he's 5'9" and dealt with a few injuries at Auburn

Quinton Dunbar was a WR at Florida.
Dunbar went undrafted in the 2015 NFL Draft, but was considered to be one of the top undrafted free agents. On May 11, 2015, the Washington Redskins signed Dunbar to a three-year, $1.57 million contract that includes a signing bonus of $1,000.
Dunbar entered training camp as a backup wide receiver and special teams player and competed for a roster spot. On August 7, 2015, it was reported that the Washington Redskins decided to change Dunbar's position from wide receiver to cornerback. Dunbar was moved to cornerback after coaches recognized his ability to successfully jam flyers during punt returns. The position change was also due to multiple injuries to the Redskins' secondary and was also done to give Dunbar a better opportunity to make the roster.
On January 1, 2018, the Washington Redskins signed Dunbar to a three-year, $10.50 million contract that includes $5.25 million guaranteed and a signing bonus of $3 million.

Let this be a lesson to players:
Go to AU/UF/UT and no matter how good a DB you are, you ain’t getting drafted.

Or go to UGA and don't make the NFL at all.
Y'all only have ONE corner in the NFL LINK. And he's a rookie who looks like he's gonna be a bust
