Announcement at Davis Wade Stadium that there are bats in the venue that are considered a “high risk for rabies."

I know this is the rant, but FYI most stadiums and arenas have bats until/unless they're removed, and bats are responsible for 70% of the rabies cases over the last 60 years in humans.

So reason would suggest that if you have a stadium, bats are (or will be) around at some point, and if bats are around, they're probably gonna have rabies.

But I'd much rather get bitten by a bat and catch rabies than get bitten by the standard meth smoking Tennessean and catch the gay.

Don’t act like y’all don’t have bats too. The Mexican free tailed bat is the state mammal in Tejas.
