You can't attack something (Rovell's credibility) that doesn't exist.
What's he going to do if Sharp doesn't comply? Whine about it?

Pretty sure Buzbee would take that case pro-bono and counter sue to get discovery on what Rovell paid Marchiol to try to defame Fisher in 2018.
