my oldest made a similar comment last night. We were stationed in Argentina for a couple of years and lived across from River Plate Stadium. Argentina isn't quite 3rd world, but those soccer loving sons of bitches were flipping/smashing cars no matter what in a big game. If they hosted Boca, you literally couldn't tell if they won or lost, we all just knew to not go out.

She said she hadn't seen anything on that scale since Argentina. Completely embarrassing
