First let me say I think Mullen is a good coach and has Florida headed in the right direction. However, the dude has the posture of a 95 year old, arthritic woman. What is the deal with this? Does he have some type of condition? If so I will stop making fun of him for it. If not why doesn’t he straighten the frick up? It’s a terrible look.

If your wife made out with all of the players, what would your posture be ?

Dan looks like he is standing under a low hanging ceiling fan

Scientology teaches that in order to be akin to your spirit, you must bow to Xenu.

So Dan is constantly bowing to get more trips to Scientology island. Like Epstein island, but tax free.

He has a congenital spine condition for which he has no control over. The shame! The man ran the Boston Marathon and finished. He has spoken on this when he was MSU. Yet he works out everyday and eats healthy in order to keep his condition from debilitating him from doing his job as effectively as he does. Cut him some slack!

I have another question:

If he is such a QB whisperer, why did he have Franks starting over Trask?

Almost cost him the UK game.

Nick Fitzgerald is the other question. He was a great find and diamond in the rough player. But he never got better with each season. The same problems plagued him over and over. And if anything, defenses improved against him once they got an understanding of what he could do.

That said, mullen has a lot of QB success stories. He's just not batting 1.000

Think he did a pretty good job with Fitzgerald given that guy had 0 business starting at QB in the SEC. Mullen is a good coach who will consistently have the Gators at 10 wins. The jury is still out on if he has a ceiling or not given that he really hasn’t accomplished anything other than beating two outmatched opponents in BCS games.

Oh wow, I did not know this. I seriously did not know and will no longer make fun of him about it. Also like I said, great coach.

I think Frank’s talent is just hard to look past. He is big, pretty mobile, and has a cannon of an arm, NFL measurables all day. Just one of those guys that doesn’t seem to be able to make it translate to consistent on the field success,

Every single QB was better with him, than without him. How did Fitz do without Mullen his last year? Compare Franks two seasons, one with Mullen and one without. He finds the players ceiling, which is what it is. Not every player can be a Heisman winner, and to think it's a bust if they aren't is rather absurd. He used Fitz and used him for exactly what he did well. Same with Dak. Tebow. Smith. Reif. Even Franks mentally lacking arse improved very well under Mullen.

There is a limit to how good a player can be. Not every kid can be an elite QB. He makes average players good, and good players elite(Tebow, Smith, Dak). Georgia fans are constantly trying to down play Mullen. We all know why. 40 years and you feel the East might be slipping away before you got that ring.

He was just trying to keep Trask healthy against the dirty UK defense.

I don’t think that’s fair considering the offense. Fitzgerald is the all-time leading rusher for QBs, so it’s not like he was a total scrub in all aspects. Now if he was running Leach’s air raid... yikes.

This is how he did:

2016: 124
2017: 117
2018: 116

Wow, he didn’t improve in year 2 with Mullen?!

As I said yesterday, That’s pretty normal for a Mullen qb.

Thank you.
You said it yourself.

Is Trask elite?
What type of improvement are you expecting?
Or are you expecting him to be the same player with different personnel this season?
