He literally had the #4 class in the SEC last year on a transition year with a team that had 4 wins -- not counting the transfers he landed. Mullen closes strong, so judging him in July when LOIs are signed in December seems a little premature.

Mullen will win at Florida. The area is too talented and there is too much talent on the roster already. Also, It is July not January. There are still lots of flipping, decommits, recommits, and general indecisiveness left to play out from these 19 year olds. Florida's class could end up being great.

Didn't mcelwain have his best recruiting class to date when he was fired?
Mullens class was off the back of mcelwain.
That said, I give mullen full credit for his transfers. Those were impressive moves to fill the holes on the roster.

Mcelwain had a top 10 class and momentum when he got canned.
