As an LSU fan, I didn't realize people played football before 2000.
It's amazing how much this guy absolutely owned Bama.

The 90s were all Florida and Tennessee. Bama had some good teams in the early 90s under Stallings, but the East ruled the roost in that decade for the most part.

Senator Tuberville was 7-3 against us. We made some ok coaches look like legends during that time period.

Tennessee was the most physical team in the country in the 90s. Great weight room program. Great coaching staff. Great admissions office that could get the barely literate Prop 48 recruits into school that other SEC schools couldn't take.
It was brutal being a Georgia fan in the 90s and the first time we beat them during expansion was in 2000, which is the only time that Georgia fans have stormed the field in like the last 50 years. There was more Tennessee crap at stores in north Georgia than there was Georgia gear in the 90s.
Tennessee fans sucked, however. Most obnoxious in college football.

Alabama has 7 appearances in the CFP and has gone 9-4 with 3 championships. I think Bama fans can live with that.
