Yeah Florida State +1000 is the best value on the board.

I think Texas Tech would be a good bet. Tadlock could finally do it and win a title. He’s been to Omaha so many times and has a very good baseball team and is a great coach

Agreed. As much as I wanted Arkansas to win, we don't have the pitching we did last year.

I wouldn't take FSU because they face Campbell Game 1. But if TT gets by their first game then they'll likely face a freshman that couldnt make 2 innings against Ole Miss.

Just because a team has long odds doesn't necessarily make a bet on that particular team have "value". It's obvious that Las Vegas Bookmakers think that the SEC is far and away the best conference. FSU beat one of the weaker LSU teams I've seen in a long time. This is no smack, it's just the truth. A decent LSU team would run FSU out of Baton Rouge so fast it would make your head spin. But listen, you go ahead and put "baby's new shoes" money on FSU and we'll see how those long odds turn out for you.

If you listened to Van Horn's presser after the game he left his options open as to who starts game 2 and if there are any games past that. Arkansas' pitching rotation is no longer set in stone with the emergence of Scroggins and even Denton.

Very surprised they are the same odds as Auburn. I feel like they have a legit shot to win

You shouldn't be. Auburn is a much better team than FSU.

You shouldn't, LSU gave them that series.

The hogs being the co-favorite has more to do with getting a better draw to the finals than being the best team. Vandy would be a slight favorite heads up and state would probably be a pickem.

I guess UGA game them that series too?

They are playing very good right now and look like they have some magic. Maybe they wont go 0-23

FSU and TT would be good bets to throw 50 bucks at if you got 100 bucks to waste and hope you get lucky.

Personally I think the finals will be Arkansas vs the winner of Vandy/MSU

Agree with your first sentence but not your second... Just looking at the bracket FSU got a much easier draw. Auburn's side of the bracket is a gauntlet. They are going to have to play their best ball and have a little luck if they hope to make it through.

Good to see three SEC teams at the top.
FSU looks very tempting.
