Can I get a 7th team? A&M has 10 regionals, 4 supers, and 2 CWS appearances.

Becuase I am a huge baseball fan and the CWS is my favorite tournament... right behind the CFPO.

I wish Bama would get their shite together in baseball. The program was pretty good when I was in school early 90s

Mike Martin is passing the torch to Van Horn.
Great coaches that will likely never win a title.

Lemonis showed he will likely win a title at some point in Starkville and you have to credit MSU for putting that money into their program and facilities. The biggest beneficiary of the SEC Network is all these non revenue driven sports like softball and gymnastics and even baseball where schools still have a tough time making a huge profit.

DVH is only 58 and Arkansas is one of only 10 baseball programs that makes a profit.

Gonna have to create a little 8 thread for that. This is a Big 6 thread.

Don't make us dip into our pocket change to buy your crappy university and turn it into a Walmart Supercenter son.

Be careful. Based on the results I would say these teams could start a big 4 or 5 and LSU would be in a little 9 or 10.

2010-2019 ...10 seasons

SEC Wins

FL - 22 22 18 14 21 19 19 21 20 13 = 189
VU - 16 22 16 26 17 20 18 15 16 23 = 189
LS - 14 13 19 23 17 21 17 21 15 17 = 177
SC - 21 22 18 17 18 13 20 13 17 08 = 169
AR - 18 15 16 18 16 17 08 18 18 20 = 154
MS - 06 14 16 16 18 08 21 17 15 20 = 151

SEC 20-win Seasons

FL 5
VU 4
LS 3
SC 3
AR 1
MS 1

SEC Titles

FL 5
LS 3
VU 3
MS 1
SC 1
AR 0

CWS Titles

SC 2
FL 1
VU 1
AR 0
LS 0
MS 0

CWS Appearances

FL 7
AR 4
VU 4
LS 3
MS 3
SC 3

Florida has been the best in the SEC over the past 10 seasons - even if Vanderbilt wins a 2nd CWS title. Florida has finished ahead of Vanderbilt in the East 6/10 seasons and tied for a 7th. UF has 5 SEC regular season titles, VU has 3.

I don’t see A&M mentioned anywhere in your post but yet, they always have a comment pertaining to LSU when discussing baseball.

Do you have the list? I would be curious as to who the other 9 are.

My guess
State
Ole Miss
LSU
A&M
South Carolina
Texas
Louisville
Nebraska
Louisiana-Lafayette

... and a 3rd CWS finals appearance and the longest win streak in CWS history and the longest NCAAt win streak in history.

We’ve never done well in the SECt.

Tanner had 1 SECt title and 4 CWS finals appearances with 2 titles.

He might but you could have probably said the same thing about Van Horn after he won the SEC West and went to the CWS in his 2nd year at Arkansas. It's hard to do.

We have a crap ton of talent committed in the 2020-22 classes if we can get some of them to campus. 2020 class is the highest rated on paper that we've ever had. If DVH ever wins one it will likely need to be in the next 5 years.

Only 4 in the SEC (Arky, LSU, and both MS).
