There used to be classes in etiquette for socially mobile young ladies in high society. Pretty sure one of the first lessons would be not to talk to an umpire using the F word. Or running into an umpire.

What does a baseball strength coach really do? Is that like as useless as a basketball strength coach. Do they do anything?

Strength comes in various forms... like roids, HGH, etc.
But in all honesty, i think tennerc just wants to improve on their bat.... throwing. tonyV sees throwing bats at other players as important.
