I've boiled a couple times and bought already boiled a few times as well. They're relatively cheap here right now. Hope it turns out well.

Is the whole trailer park invited or just immediate neighboring trailers?

Asking for a friend...

The ones here haven’t been big enough. Hoping they’ll size up a little bit this week. If so... then this coming weekend.

That's something I've always wanted to try. Crawfish boils are nonexistent in the Eastern 2/3rds of Tennessee, but you can find some in West TN, especially around Memphis. Looks tasty.

I'll be grilling a pork tenderloin this afternoon. I'm going to slather some classic Memphis dry rub on it. Serving it with broccoli and cauliflower, roasted in olive oil and garlic. Can't wait. Busted my arse off all week, and it's time for a good meal.

I may buy 5lbs of crawfish tonight at our local gulf seafood market which also sells boudin, live crawfish in season, turducken etc...lots of Cajun foods. I'll either get those or a couple pounds of royal red shrimp

I like crawfish better, you may have misread I meant buying 5 lb of crawfish....my wife likes shrimp better. I have plenty of Pouches pork boudin in my freezer....Been eating boudin for years. I'll grill a pound of two of boudin while I'm grilling steaks or chicken....of course I kill a pound while grilling lol. Boudin in is addictive, as is crawfish cornbread dressing

Nothing screams "Louisiana is poor" than describing crawfish as a delicatessen. Nasty heathens...

I don't see how people eat those things. Never had one -- never will.

You grab the head with one hand and the tail with the other. Push in with the hand on the tail and twist then pull the tail out. Pinch the bottom of the tail and grab the meat with your teeth and pull the meat out of the shell. The optional choice after that is to suck the juice out of the head which is delicious. Repeat until unable to move.
